SURGERY DEPOSIT
Once you have selected your surgery date, we require a deposit to hold your day and time.  If you must cancel your surgery, you must do so prior to 2 weeks before your surgical date in order to receive a full refund. 

SURGERY PAYMENT
Payment is due in full prior to the date of your procedure.  This payment includes fees to the hospital and the surgical and anesthesia fees.  Occasionally, additional charges may be necessary for special equipment or postoperative treatments or supplies.  These payment obligations will be fully explained to you by our patient coordinator.

We accept most major credit cards.  Unfortunately, we do not offer in house financing.  We can refer you, however, to several independent companies that specialize in financing for cosmetic surgery.

INSURANCE
Our office will assist you in obtaining an insurance authorization if your procedure is not cosmetic.  Your surgeon may or may not be a provider for your particular insurance company.  We recommend that you contact your company for more details.
